Our internet service is provided by installing a fixed wireless transceiver, (radio), on the outside of your building. That device connects wirelessly to transceivers located on our various towers. Similar to your cell phone, the strength of the signal to the device determines how well the service performs.

This technology allows unserved or underserved remote/rural areas access to highspeed internet where the alternative might be high-latency satellite choices or high-cost cellular options.

The line-of-sight aspect to the technology requires that the area between the customer-premise equipment and the tower remain free from obstruction, (foliage, buildings, etc.). As the area between the two transceivers becomes obstructed, the service speeds and reliability becomes slower and less reliable.

Please give us a call at the office (780-849-2777) and have your address ready. We can tell by past addresses we know our services are supported at, or may require a site visit to determine eligibility.

Installation fees are paid upfront as a deposit until we are on-site to perform a signal test. This test will determine whether the signal is strong enough to facilitate a reliable high-speed connection. If the test is positive, the technician will install the equipment under direction of the property owner. If the test indicates that the service would be less than reliable, your deposit will be reimbursed in full.

Extra charges may apply for a wireless router or other installation hardware that would be required to obtain a strong signal. Any additional charges would be discussed prior to installation.

Our standard packages won’t have a contract.

We understand that an internet connection is an important everyday service that people need. Our goal is to earn your business by providing a service that’s as consistent and available as it can be.

Depending on the requirements of the installation and service requested, an agreement or contract may be required. Terms will be discussed before any installation takes place.

We do require 30 days notice for any cancellations, but our standard packages won’t have any cancellation fees.

However if an agreement or contract was determined based off the installation, the terms of cancellation will be indicated in the contract.

We do not charge for data overages.

If your package states a certain level of data usage per month, we will monitor the data usage. In some cases of exceeding your package limits, your speed will be throttled, but data usage will remain unlimited throughout the duration of the billing cycle.
